Parity. Anyone else have a more balanced league?

Postby Flyn high again » Tue Nov 13, 2007 9:36 am

My money league is composed of ten guys who all basically know what they are doing. 1st place is 8-2. I'm in 2nd at 6-4. 3rd place is a tie with 6 guys at 5-5. Bottom of the league is two guys at 3-7.

6 guys at 5-5. Every game is critical. It's a lot of fun playing with good owners but it makes for a tough season.

How about you guys? Parity or running away with the league?

Parity. 12 team $ league with competitive owners.

3 teams @ 7-3
3 teams @ 5-5
6 teams @ 4-6

It's been an interesting year...last year was the opposite, the top two teams had a combined 3 losses entering the playoffs..
Farewell #21, you will be missed dearly..

Yeah, my main league, I'm in a 3 way tie for 2nd place at 6-4, and there are two tied for first at 7-3. Most of the rest are tied for 3rd place (which is obviously misleading, since it will be people from 1st and 2nd place taking the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th playoff spot).

No blowout teams this year. Luck of the draw has meant that even though I have the 2nd highest points total, I've always been matched up with tough opponents. The Brady team has even taken 3 losses. Doubt he'll lose another, though.

*1. The Giv'R Machine 9-1-0
2. The Connelly's 8-2-0
3. Roxborough Asses 3 6-4-0
4. Dirty sanchez 6-4-0
5. Slabadaud 6-4-0
6. San Diego Chargers 4-6-0
7. The Whiskey Dicks 4-6-0
8. bossman hamburgers 3-7-0
9. Punch the deaf kid 3-7-0

My league is pretty much a perfect bell curve the 1 loss for #1 (me) was this week and the 1 victory for #10 was also this week but it wasnt the South African Circus that took me down but he was very close to doing it last week.
