Week 17 Championships

Anyone else really hate this? It's not really a good way to judge the Champion of your league, yet my money league this year has decided to do week 17, yuck.

One of my leagues has the SB on wk 16 and the Aloha bowl for week 17. You can win like 85% of your money back in a $100 10 teamer if you beat everyone else that week. The catch of coarse is you might have to drop a guy like Peyton because he is sitting and grab someone who will play.

Also gives the guys who sucked all year one last chance to salvage a bad or unlucky season.

Yeah, my $$ league's SB is week 17... no me gusta

I just found out that our money league is having six teams in the playoffs, necessitating a week 17 title game. I don't have any Cowboys, Packers or Patriots on that team, but hopefully the Colts don't have the bye wrapped up so Peyton sits that week.

This is bad news for the Brady owners who are more than likely in first place. However, knowing Belicheap, Brady will be playing even if they are 15-0

Like above, my league does a week 16 championship and a week 17 pro bowl. Our entire league votes for the players from a north division and a south division to make up the rosters. Nothing is on the line, but it gives pride to the division that wins.

On the Brady front, I would take a 1 half production from him in week 16, and be glad. His numbers at half last night were crazy!!!
