Just from personal observation, I have nothing to back it up, I'd say basketball's popularity isn't really down that much. However, the average age of basketball fans is lower than it is for the other major sports. Again, that's simply a personal observation from what I've seen, and very well could be wrong.

It's funny I suppose. I think people are rightfully offended though. I'm just really surprised the media and GLAAD isn't all over this more than they are.
