Thats my kind of rats! Theres actually a movie coming out with rats that bite and turn them into zombies or something. I can't remember the name though.

My brother was a police officer for almost 10 years (most of which he worked the night shift) and he routinely had to investigate burglar alarms going off at restaurants. He said it was amazing how many kitchens were absolutely disgusting including kitchens of some pretty nice restaurants. He kept a long mental list of restaurants he would never go to.
