yeah cept it wasn't sold at all...I hope. Man you guys have no idea how hard it is to find something like that. Thing is I really am not wanting to by trim pieces yet, I need to get my suspension done and disc brakes put in but I saw that grille and started drooling. My grille right now isn't in too bad a shape so I suppose I can pay out the arse down the road and have it refurbished.

My first thought was that it was some sort of baguette, and that Met was really weird for looking to buy bread from eBay.


Hey Met, have you tried checking at any tuning shops? I'd also recommend looking for, and then asking at, some Impala club forum or something.

Oh yeah man I've had this car for 13 years so I know all the sources. I haven't reached out to any clubs yet though thats a good call. I prolly have every late model Chevy catalog you can think of, every great once and a while a new part will be reproduced after market but for some reason 1967 is like the black year for after market parts. if you want a grille for an Impala from 1959 to 1966 or 1968 to 1970 you're in luck...I however get the shaft. Lots of parts are like that for the 67...it sucks.

Thankfully I don't need much in the way of parts my car is in really good shape, in fact my grille isn't too bad I guess. But showroom quality is hard to come by.

Yeah the guy seems pretty straight forward and has tons of good feedback so I feel really good about this. Just waiting to hear back now how we're gonna do this. All our messaging is through ebay so hopefully the sale will go through them....I don't know how comfortable I feel doing it without going through them.
