Holy thread revivals. That being said, every site that I've used puts some sort of indicator that the move was made using commissioner power instead of normal owner power. Look at your transactions log, and you should be able to see if anything was done using elevated rights.

So I am the commissioner of my league. Back in 2008 I was deployed to Iraq and gave commish powers to 2 friends and we caught 1 cheating after 1.5 years. He did get a 2nd place finish in 2009 and we caught him in 2010. Sucks because we have known the guy for 20-30 years.
