MN vs OAK last week

I have a real good one here. My team “won” 88-86 last week. They guy I played had Minnesota Defense which put up 18 points with 4 sacks. Sacks in my ESPN league count as 3 points. However today, It shows 21 points on a 5th sack which gave me a 89-88 loss.

I checked every website box score (yes including ESPN) and shows MN had 4 sacks. However there was a play at 9.17 in the second quarter which shows Culpepper rush for –4 yards, which must be the mysterious 5th sack. However when I look up the rules it clearly states that if the QB rushes with no intent to throw it cannot be considered a sack. Everyone has it as a rush for –4 yards. Any ideas as this mean the difference between playoffs and elimination from my league. Thanks
