Added player at lockout time and being asked to put them in

I have a guy in one of my leagues I'm commish of that dropped Grossman and added Schaub at 1:05 pm on Sunday and after adding Schaub couldn't then put him in at QB as he was locked out and is asking me to put him in for him. My opinion is that its not my job to make sure you set your lineup on time. So with that said I don't believe I should make the change for him. What do you guys think?

I'm with you; he should've gotten the lineup in sooner. However, since he was actively managing his team, I might offer to replace Grossman to the line-up(thereby placing Schaub back on waivers) since he obviously was trying to start a QB. My guess is that he'd rather keep Schaub (unless he would've won w/ Grossman and desparately needed the win). Be sure to inform the league of the situation and note the time of the transaction.
