Poll: First place teams in your league; Patriots or no Patri

Postby benb18a » Mon Nov 26, 2007 2:54 pm

How many first place teams in your leagues have one or more of the following: Brady, Moss or Welker? I don't think NE DST counts. I would just like to know, so I can find out if I have a leg to stand on to sue Bill Belichick for ruining fantasy seasons for everybody who didn't win the lottery and draft Brady and Co. :-b :-D

2 of my 3 league's top teams have Brady or Moss. My team, in the third league and in first place, doesn't have a single Patriot.

My 10 (and soon to be 2) first place team in my money league has no patriots. I do have the cowboys however...

I had Ronnie Brown and MBIII but traded Barber + Bowe for Parker earlier in the season.

Romo
TO
Evans/Branch (thinking of sticking branch in next week... he looks healthy)
Addai
Parker
(flex): Chatman/K.Smith/Thomas Jones
Gonzo

The 2nd place guy has Brady. (and Sjax/Lynch or I think he'ed be closer to me). I'm pretty scared of playing him in the playoffs.

In my two leagues, each first place team has a significant Patriot:

Leader in League A has: T. Brady

Leader in League B (me) has: R. Moss.

The first place team in my league (8-4) has BOTH Brady and Moss, so he's had a pretty good ride. Worse, coming out of the draft, he had one of the worst-looking teams in the league--his drafted RB's were Alexander, Betts, and Droughns!! %-6

The rest of his team is still lousy, the week they were on bye he tied an all-time league record for fewest points scored. So the balance of the season pretty much depends on if Brady/Moss have poor nights like last night again. ;-7

We have two divisions in our main league. Top of division A has westy and rmoss, top of division B has brady and tjhoush. They are a long way in front of everyone else.

In 2 of my 3 leagues the first place team has Brady. One of those has Welker as well and its a PPR.

In the other league, no Pats
