Akward Situation

We are playing in a Yahoo Fantasy Plus League and have the following situation. Our trade deadline is this upcoming Friday.

Last week, 2 teams initiated a trade (Peyton Manning, Cooley, Ike Hilliard for Brees, Welker, Maroney) - Due to the Thursday game, that trade got canceled by Yahoo and the trade never happened. The two teams have made no effort to re-initiate the trade this week.

3 questions.

1) Does Yahoo allow Commissioners to force manual trades?
2) If so, how?
3) Nobody vetoed the trade in the league, so can I enforce the trade manually?

That shouldn't of happened at all, must have been a glitch in yahoo. If the trade was accepted then I'd say yes, push the trade through and make sure you explain why to all the owners. Shouldn't be a big deal really. It should have happened anyway.

Could it be that the trade got cancelled because the veto period ran past the start of the Thursday games so Manning got locked on the one guy's roster once his game started? Did that guy play Manning last week? Did both teams involved play their players last week?

If you argue the trade should have gone through but did not because of an error, how do you handle last weeks games? Would the results have been the same?

Are the two owners making a fuss about the trade not going through?

The trade took place on last Monday night - we have 2 day period for managers to review the trade, so the trade should have gone through Thursday morning, but it never did. Nobody in the league vetoed the trade.

One of the Managers has clinched a playoff spot, so he wants the trade to go through. The other manager is out, and is not responding to the same trade offer the first manager made that will make the trade go through. I'm trying to make sure this trade goes through as it could possibly result in bad thing (or good) for the manager who is in the playoffs - and could result the playoff outcome. If the 2nd manager doesn't respond (our deadline is Friday), is there a way on Yahoo Plus to make sure this trade goes through?
