I think Trump stopped giving away 10K tips a long time ago. After all, that's how he became bankrupt a few times over.

Haven't heard of a Buffalo Club in Santa Monica but don't venture out there that much except for the few Brit pubs over there and Father's Office. I can see why this is probably a publicity stunt for the restaurant.
