Just heard the news about Reggie Bush -- out this week for sure and probably the rest of the season. That means Stecker is the main main against Atlanta, Arizona and Philadelphia -- three teams that you can run on -- for the fantasy playoffs.
For a team like mine (RudiJohnson/KennyWatson/KevinJones/SelvinYoung/FredJackson/MauriceMorris), I'm pretty excited about this new development.

That is a nice little gift if Bush is truely out for the season. I've got plenty of RB's, but grabbed him anyway. If I make it past this round, I play the guy who's got Bush as his main RB1. Gotta make it there though.
Just grabbed him also!! It's a festivas miracle!! Been hampered all year by RB injuries. For my RB #2 this week I had to pick from DeShaun Foster, Fred Jackson, and Jesse Chatman. Thank you Santa for Mr. Stecker.

I have Jackson, too, and am still waffling on starting him vs. starting Stecker this week. I think that if word breaks that Lynch is definitely out, I'll start Jackson. Otherwise, I think it's still 50/50 as to who I'll start.
It sounds very much like Lynch is going to play this week so Jackson might not see much action. Stecker should be a nice play with his only competition being a nicked up Pierre.

The Saints RB picture is a little cloudy right now with conflicting reports about Bush. Some reports say he's out for the year, others say he is out just for this week, and others say he is a game-time decision and has been cleared to play!! Hopefully, we find out something more accurate since I have to start either Stecker or Fred Jackson.

Rotoworld is reporting that Pierre Thomas is 100% and could have a significant role Monday night. That hurts a little for those planning on starting Stecker. That being said, I still think Stecker will catch a lot of passes and that is huge in a PPR league. I am planning on starting him as my RB2, unless Marshawn Lynch is inactive.

Not sure what you are talking about. That was a good move on his part. To me it sounds like you are just raw about him beating you to the punch.
So are you saying he shouldn't have grabbed Stecker? Or that he should talk trash? Because IMO grabbing players to keep them from opponents is nothing but good strategy. And the sord of mild, mannered trash talking he posted doesn't really cross any boundaries of good taste.
Just try to beat his ass and talk sh!t back. That's the game.
