You could think of government workers like teenagers. You pay them an allowance, but do you get any work out them? They eat the food, put their feet on the furniture and complain loudly whenever they are unhappy.

Oddly enough, I like that guy, or at least I like this one thing. Traditional means of getting people's attention doesn't work, so he goes a different way. Doesn't hurt anyone, isn't profane or anything, and gets people's attention. While I can see how some people might think it's in poor taste or whatever, I like the way this message is sent and don't see any harm in giving it a try. ;-D
