Pretty poor list to be honest. Kurt Cobain too high, Carlos Santana too low, love seeing Frusciante at 18, David Gilmour too low, and Eddie Van Halen at 70?!

What? Kurt Cobain is where?
I'm no musician so someone correct me if I'm wrong please, but Kurt Cobain was not an accomplished guitarist, was he?
And Eddie Van Halen anywhere outside of the top 20 is laughable. He should probably be in the top five (although there is stiff competition up there).
Randy Rhoads anywhere outside of the top 20 is an abomination. Anyone from Rolling Stone magazine who doesn't recognize Rhoads' genius should resign immediately.
Did I miss Slash somewhere? Or was he under his real name? I'd agree that Santana was too low. Not as familiar with some of those older guys but Carlos is Top-10 material IMO. Pete Townshend I think should be higher too, Cobain a bit too high.
Treat's gonna be mad that John Mayer didn't make the list.
these lists are always so stupid. by what criteria? cobain at 12 is a joke. the only reason i read on was to see where they felt like dropping gilmour.

They apparently have some idiotic group of people in a cube farm that listen to Michael Bolton and Yanni that make up these lists. They are never anywhere close to what they should be.
