Mark Knopfler (#27 & #31) and George Harrison (#21 & #57) deserve more luv! George never does get the respect he's due since he was in the shadow of John & Paul (most people don't even realize he played lead).

Well I know very little about Guitarists, but it is good to see that the ones I actually like are high up on the good list. Jimi, Stevie, and Carlos. ;-D
Keep it lit.

Mark Tremonti's not on the 100 greatest guitarists? This guy has landed numerous guitar magazine covers and can shred like crazy, yet he can't land top 200? Stupid.

Don't even get me started on vocalists. The fact that Serj Tankian and Fred Durst even made the list is laughable. Durst never even sings... he raps.... sigh.

Serj has some talent. Not my style, but he's unique. I don't know about enough to be on this list, but we can't really compare him to a neanderthal like Durst, whose music could be made by a group of monkeys. And made to sound better. I didn't see his name on the list before posting it. For that, I apologize. :-[

So you got a drummers list to really piss everyone off? If John Bonham didn't top it someone would have to be shot.

Ginger Baker!?!?! <loading rifle> Carter Beauford!?!?!! :-t

Ask those two who the greatest drummer of all time is and I guarantee they say John Bonham. :-°

Also I'd put Danny Carey and Stewart Copeland at #2 and #3 behind Bozo. ;-D

Baker and Bonham def the top 2 drummers (in either order, tough call). Don Brewer, Grand Funk Railroad, should be on the list.

I'm at least happy to see Danny Carey high on the list. I've got a soft spot for him after seeing him suspend over the crowd upside-down for a drum solo at a Tool concert. One of the coolest things I have ever seen. B-)
