NBC or CBS for Tonight's Game

Postby Netsfan5 » Sat Dec 29, 2007 2:18 pm

Are both just showing the NFL Network feed, or will they have their own feed with their own broadcasters? Which channel are you watching on?

from what I understand they're copying the NFL network feed. I'll probly watch a local over the air broadcast, altho I'm one of the fortunate who receives NFL network.

NBC for me.

Although I'm already dreading having to listen to Gumbel and all his mistakes. I wonder what kind of leverage Gumbel has over the NFL that they won't get rid of him. I can understand the occasional mistake, but Gumbel makes several glaring ones in every single broadcast. Some of them are total head scratchers too, and makes you wonder if Gumbel is even watching the game, much less follow football.
The cake is a lie.

I prefer to watch it while on mute. Somebody has to invent a device where you can mute the broadcasters and listen to everything else. That or when they talk all they say is wawawawawawawawawawa. :-b

wouldn't that be sweet? having the option to not get the commentary feed but still get the rest of the game audio. I used to watch the tv broadcast while listening to the radio coverage, but as time delays have gotten longer that doesn't work well any more. Plus it really confused my simpleton brain during commercials.

If I turn on SAP, will it be a different Spanish speaking dude or will it still be Senor Gumbel? :-?
