In 2003, Jason White became the third player in NFL history to win a Heisman trophy and not be drafted or signed by an NFL franchise since the draft started in 1936. Pete Dawkins of Army was the first in 1958, who was the other?

The other was Charlie Ward of Florida State. Ward won the award in 1993 but was never drafted or signed by an NFL franchise.
