He'll sit behing Boeckman this year, although I'd expect Sweater Vest to get him some reps in mop-up as well as certain packages/situations.

My guess is it will be 2009 until we see if he's really worth all the hullabaloo.

OSU had a Top 5 Class without him. Bash OSU all you want (and some of that is somewhat justified), but Tressel's done one helluva job, and depending on what happens September 13th you may well have to "endure" another NC Game featuring the Scarlet and Gray.

Probably. And even if they don't plan on that, he is way better than any other backup they have, so they would want to have him as a full time option for if Boeckman (sp?) gets hurt.

There is no chance at all he will be red shirted.
The only reason he went to OSU instead of Michigan is because he feels he can become a better all around NFL prospect if he plays in a more traditional NFL style offense, as opposed to the spread style that is to be in Michigan.
Having said that it is clear he knows that he will be leaving OSU early already, and he has even told tressel that he has no desire to have a red shirt.

Central Ohio was a funny place during this time though, and im sure Ann Arbor was the same. When Pryor was originally looking for a school both OSU, and Michigan fans where psyched to here they may be the school to land him. However when Pryor first decided to go to OSU Michigan fans decided that Pryor was going to be a dud, and that they where happy he was not going to Michigan. This is where it got funny, when Pryor decided to wait, and reevaluate his choice Michigan fans decided that they where wrong, and that Pryor was going to be a college legend. Yet in the end he signed with OSU, and Michigan fans have once again decided that Pryor is a dud to be
