Lots of people consider 13 and 14 year olds tweens too.
French Rap is almost like techno most of the time. It has a catchy beat, it's alot more smooth.
In the Lord of the Rings, Tolkien uses the word "tweens" to describe someone in his twenties. That's what I thought this thread was about when I first saw the title.
