Yeah that caught me off guard too. He was easily the 2nd best back this year but I didn't see him going so early.

Enjoy your riches J Stew! ;-D

5th round. Could be the steal of the draft. DD minus the injury coulda won the Heisman and been a lock for the first round.

Good luck (I wanted to see Seattle take him in the fifth, so props to you). ;-)

Im not kidding. McFadden is not as good as Mendenhall or Stewart. He is not that good, plain and simple

I don't think Dixon is going to QB. I think he will turn into an Atwaan Randle El type. Real nice pick up for the Steelers ;-D

It's too bad Dixon isn't going somewhere he'll get a shot to start in the near future - hopefully the Steelers put him to use somehow. Kid has worked real hard to come back from injury.

EUGENE, Ore. – Fresh off a recruiting class that included two of the premier prep quarterbacks in the nation in Darron Thomas and Chris Harper, the Oregon Ducks have landed junior college phenom Jeremiah Masoli out of City College of San Francisco.

Masoli, an academic qualifier out of high school, heads to Eugene after leading CCSF to a junior college national title as a freshman in 2007. Academically, he will be a true sophomore this fall, giving him four years to play three for the Ducks.
