It happened about an hour north of Madison. Just good ol' Wisconsin for ya. A nice $740 OWI ticket, luckily for her she can probably get it reduced because she turned her self in and wasn't even driving when the sheriff showed up.

Hmm I drunk dialed 911 once. No clue what I said I just checked my dialed calls in the morning and bam a 46 second call to 911.
