Hey guys, fairly simple request, but since I can't do anything with this stuff, I'll ask the pros. ;-D

Basically just want the pic at the link below outlined (background cut out) and made small enough for an avatar. Thanks in advance!

EDIT: If you could write something across the top and/or bottom that says something like "No Divas Allowed" that would be awesome!

I was 9 years old when the Bengals drafted him, and I can remember the debates about him. Of course being born in Cinci I liked how he played out.

I have Photoshop but I'm not the graphic artists that several other people here are. Sigs deserve better attention than what I could provide you. !+)

Hopefully one of the true artists can help.

You still live in Cinci? And yeah the artists on here are awesome!
