Okay, normally these voting threads will be up for a few days at a time, but I think it's pretty obvious that the vote for #1 rookie for keeper/dynasty leagues in 2008 will clearly be RB Darren McFadden.
Who is the #2 rookie for keeper/dynasty leagues in 2008? Feel free to discuss the pros and cons of these prospects - this could be helpful for some and generate some good discussion. If you vote "other" please discuss the player after you vote, and if he doesn't win as a write-in, I'll add his name to the next poll. (Malcolm Kelly and Mike Hart received write-in votes in the "Who is the #1 rookie" thread which is why they are listed in this poll. If they don't receive any votes this time, they'll be dropped from the poll for "Who is the #3 rookie" when it goes up.)

I agree....I think Stewart will be closer to challenging McFadden than Mendenhall will be to challenging Stewart. I think it's a closer race between Felix Jones and Mendenhall for 3 and 4.
Last season outside of AD there was only 1 impact rookie RB in fantasy and that was Lynch. In a PPR league, which is basically all I play:
Dwayne Bowe Scored 199.5 points
Lynch 191.9 points
None of these guys coming out are near AD and I would take Lynch over all of them. I think the safest guy is Kelly honestly. Again, with that said people will not take him here so I would take the best back left and then move them. Out of the backs here, Stewart is the better guy with Mendenhall just behind, IMO.

I tend to agree with that.... The race between 3 and 4 should be very interesting...

I am guessing when you look at their scores relative to other players at their position, Lynch would have been a more valuable commodity last year, and looking at their raw numbers is deceiving because Lynch missed time. Also, I doubt many people took Bowe ahead of Calvin Johnson who was generally the 2nd rookie off the board. I like Kelly, but I'll take guys who are feature backs ahead of him, especially considering he could use a little polish and productive WR's grow on trees these days.
As far as the #2 is concerned, I go with Stewart as I had him not far behind McFadden. If he gets in the right scheme he could be a monster.

Name one of these guys that will be a feature back next year
and my point was more towards the fact that Lynch is better than these guys and was in a better situation than they will find themselves in.
