when i first saw it I thought it was ridiculously awesome. Wife and I watched it last year and realized it was kinda cheesy. kinda ruined it for me. My memory was hard to live up to. I really liked both movies, so this was pretty tough. I went with Goldfinger just because it's such a wonderful example of the cheesy greatness that was the Sean Connery Bond years.

DDL is ridiculously awesome in so many things too
I've watched it probably a dozen times and still really like it. I think the music in it is awesome, which is one of the key elements to making a movie re-watchable for me. I'm a big Michael Mann fan. I'm going for Mohicans or Heat to go all the way.
