I didn't do it. And even if I did, I will have a Congressional hearing where I can name drop and play the victim card and sound like a bumbling idiot so people will think that I did it regardless.

Swiper would only need to have a Congressional hearing at his home to void any and all instigation in this incident. Congresspersons + that tasty brisket = acquittal.
