Batman Begins is a good movie, but it's not in the same league of cool cheesiness as Die Hard. ;-D

"Better" being so subjective it's hard to say you're wrong. I agree that Batman was a really good movie... I guess it just depends on which one you liked more. I liked them both, but I liked Die Hard a little more.
