Yeah, Hackett has been kinda fragile. I don't blame the Seahawks for not coughing up stupid money. Let the guy shop and hopefully he gives Seattle the chance to match. I think it's a smart move. Maybe he finds out that he doesn't command the big bucks after all.

D.J. Hackett has got to be a better option this offseason than Berrian. He is big and has big soft hands. West coast receiver, but probably talented enough to fit any system because he is reliable. I would take hackett over anyone but Moss.

I can honestly say that I'm surprised that Hackett isn't getting a lot of love around the league. I see him as the only guy (other than Walker) who can be a legitimate #1 WR for a team. Along with Walker, he has injury concerns, but I would rather spend my money on Hackett than Javon who has a more detailed injury history.

Berrian is the guy people want, but he's at best a #2 WR on a team. I don't see him every reaching the #1 WR status, but he is durable and the more sure thing.

Like Oakland with Jamarcus Russell. I'd like that a lot! This dude is solid. Has the size. Soft hands. Makes tough catches. Just wish he wasn't hurt all the time. But when he plays, he does nothing but produce. In the four games that he started and played the whole game he averaged 96 yards per game with a td.
