1. Good question. I've yet to receive any games, only shipped mine out.
2. I would think that the majority do, but it would depend on the seller. All the games I've sent out have been in good or great condition.
One way to find your referral link, is to click on MY ACCOUNT (underneath your name and points at the top), and then click on "Friend invitation tracking".
After about a month, and sending out 5-6 100-200 point PS1 games, I've accumulated 1,100 points and 4 trade credits. I'm waiting on somebody to send me out a Guitar Hero bundle--could be a while.
