Rule for Expansion?

One of our Dynasty leagues is expanding from 6 to 8 teams. Any suggestions for the picks that are granted to the two expansion teams? :-°

Sorry, haven't had experience with this so I can't be of much help. You could also try posting this in the Commish's Corner so that other fellow Commish's can let you know how they handled similar situations though... ;-D
