Felix Jones should be higher than 43. Barber won't carry the full load and I think he will probably get quite a few carries each game.

Totally agree with you. Everyone saw what AD did last year and they expect McFadden to be similar, but the problem is that McFadden is no where near the back AD is. I think everyone remembers last year too much and thinks McFadden will do that and he has no chance

Sorry, but I would NEVER in a million years have either of these guys ahead of Rudi, Thomas Jones or Edge.

Did I miss an article that said Ronnie Brown was going to suck this year? If not, that's too low. Also...

McFadden way too high
Larry Johnson too high
Ryan Grant too high (relative to "one year wonder risk" only)
Cedric Benson too high

I also don't think Rudi Johnson is going to be that low, but maybe we let him sleep. There are some others that I think are just a little low but maybe not too bad. Plus, it's a little early to do something like this without knowing the splits.

First off, I don't agree with the rankings, I just posted 'em to get some debate going. I honestly don't think that just because some of the scouts and/or fantasy fans rank McFadden as #1 RB that means they're expecting AD type production and numbers from him. And while NFL.com has him ranked too high, they obviously don't expect this or they'd have him at #3 - certainly not behind some of those they did place him. If anything, I think they're elevating McFadden's value partially based on big expectations from from JaMarcus Russell in his sophmore campaign - but then of course they're assuming McFadden will be the main benefactor of this as opposed to Fargas and/or Bush.

not totally disagreeing here...but i think mcfadden is very close as far as the type of impact back that peterson is. the difference is minnesota was set up to run it over you. oakland isn't set up to do anything.

I thought that S.Alexander being in the middle of the list instead of at the bottom was pretty hilarious as well. Especially considering he's the only Free Agent on the list... :-D
