I like as early as possible, so I chose already decided (I assume based on last years standings) because I like the chance to trade....

I honestly like finding out where my pick is right before the draft, as Yahoo does it. Makes things more exciting IMO and forces you to think quickly about who you will pick and how the draft may go down.

I prefer knowing ASAP. My main $ league does it a week before the draft. My cafe Redraft league has already done it and I'm 6th of 12.

I'm big on knowing as soon as possible merely because I start trying to figure out the possible combinations of what can be available to me in the second round and whether I can drop down or need to move up to make sure I get the guys I want. If you don't do that but like to trade your picks, you run the risk of really putting yourself in a bad position.

I honestly don't care all that much. If I know early, that's cool but ou're never right about guessing who might be there, etc. It never seems to work out even close to what you might think.

I like to know early, I've never liked knowing the day of the draft. I do have 1 league that does that A couple weeks before the draft is good for me

I don't really care all that much. I don't do a lot of mock drafts before the draft even if I do know what pick I will have because I think it's just as easy to look at an ADP chart to get that information as it is to sit there in mock draft rooms for hours.

My main league used to have a setup where you drafted your draft position in July based on reverse finish (since not everyone always wants the first pick overall). So the last place finisher had first choice of draft position. It's a keeper now, so it's based on reverse finishing order.

I think most people would want to know sooner rather than later, but I think having it determined the day of the draft would be very interesting.

I like to have it done a month or so in advance. That way people can start to get things inn order and for me I spend all of my mock drafts targeting players at that spot.

Last year I used a website that I loaded everyone's names and email into it and then it randomly selected the order and emailed everyone on the list. Off the top of my head I don't remember the name of it but I will find it and post it for those interested.
