So, does anyone own this game? Even if you don't much care for the NHL itself, the game is pretty dang fun. (Atleast I assume it would be. )

I don't have it but I have NHL 2K8 which I like a lot as well. Have you played both? And if so, how do they compare?

NHL 2K8 is unrealistic. Funny trigger set up too. Better hits though. No speed burst in NHL 08, all about momentum.

I much prefer NHL 08, but I've been playing them since 99 so...I may be a tad bit biased.

which Playstation game was it that had David Bowie's 'We Could be Heroes' as its theme song? This would be going back 10 years or so.. that was the last hockey game I played. Played lots of Blades of Steel in college, back when I used to play hockey myself.
