2007 Player Projection Evaluations

I run a website that evaluates player projections by comparing them to the actual results, and we just finished our look at 2007 projections we collected. Here are our full fantasy football projection ratings, but I wanted to post overall scores below:

We scaled scores so that 100 is the best projection, 0 is the worst:

Fantasy Football Cafe 9.5 10 10 8 Like the Fantasy Baseball Cafe forums, this is a huge, good community of fantasy sports managers. Highly active, with an enormous number of posts and threads, there's a lot here to dig through. Not quite the level of expertise that you can find on Football Guys, but this is an outstanding forum.

Not surprisong the cafe got a pretty good ranking although I think we have plenty of guys here that are extremely knowledgable.

Very cool idea. It will be neat to track these over the course of several years and see if anyone is consistently better or worse at it.

I am glad I searched for this. I was about to make a new post, but I wanted to see if you already had this one. I knew the Cafe would be all over it. I read that report and thought it was very interesting. Nice work source guy.

I have to say that I am not too suprised by the results. However, I am glad someone else did the footwork.

Very nice, appreciate the work. Could be a great tool for the future and just wach out for those big corps like ESPN. They can't let people know they actually suck
