It seems Tiger Woods isn't much of a hockey fan.

Woods, the world's No. 1 golfer, told reporters Monday that he had no preference when it comes to who captures the Stanley Cup, the Detroit Red Wings or Pittsburgh Penguins.

"I don't really care," he said. "Let's talk about the Dodgers.

"I don't think anybody really watches hockey any more."

Coming from someone who plays golf? Is golf even a sport?

We'll I used to not care who won Golf, but I'm now an anti-Woods.

Golf is hockey with a small ball, a metal stick, and a smaller net (whole), and only one team on the court at a time.

But seriously...its Pens Wings! who can't have a preference, its classic old school Goliath versus new school David . I mean Wings have been more dominant this year than any team I've seen in a long time.

I don't watch either...actually to be honest I did watch some of the Masters this year. I tried to watch a Stanley Cup game but dozed off. Both pretty much bore me to death to watch on TV...I guess I'm a little more into watching golf though because I like to play golf.

Now I disagree, same very basic goal. Hockey just does it way better.

I will agree Met, hockey on TV is hard to watch unless you have a favorite team playing or the game means something, or the next goal means something. IMO the two 3 OT games this Stanley Cup Playoffs have been easily top 5 Greatest games I've ever watched (the SJ vs Dallas game is #1 easily).

But we better hush up about it before they ban us back to the Hockey Cafe

I enjoy hockey on TV, but I'm Canadian. It's in my blood.

Live is much better, hearing the players yell and smash the boards just makes it a lot more exciting.

I watched some of the masters and if Tiger is in the hunt, I will watch pretty much any golf tournament on Sundays (at least in the background while doing something else just to see if he wins). I have watched not a single second of hockey this postseason except for one time I watched a top 10 goals of the postseason on SportsCenter. That's it. Sorry man, but that holdout really hurt your sport.
