Please enlighten me. Due to IBD, I've been recently making a strong effort to eat healthy food, and would love to hear what your diet consists of. It's difficult to maintain a healthy lifestyle, when you can go to Taco Bell or McDonald's and eat like a king for five bucks.

For me, I love smoothies for breakfast (frozen strawberries, cherries, and blueberries, unsweetened yogurt, protein supplement if that's your thing and a little bit of milk to make it so it will blend better), chicken Caesar Salads are the bomb. Chicken can be done in tons of different ways that are good.
