I like the one-year out only limitation.

Yea I think this is fine, would hate to see a team trade its future picks dry and nobody want to pick them up, a year ahead is perfectly fine.

Well, I mean it depends. If we do an expansion draft I would say 2-3 years, if no than just 1.

So if I want to trade for 2014 draft picks do I have to wait until January 1st 2013?

FYI, I went to put in a waiver claim for a player today, but the player was instantly added to my roster. I don't know what is going on with the league settings because all players should be on waivers right now, correct?

Feel free to reverse the transaction...I'm not going to be upset if another manager sees the player and then puts in a higher waiver claim for him and subsequently wins the player. It's far more important that we get our league settings correct so that this doesn't happen by mistake again.

Also, I'd appreciate if someone could answer my previous question about trading 2014 draft picks.

Since Dallas didn't play this week, he's not locked. Players are locked at kickoff.

In all my other leagues, ALL players are on waivers starting on Sunday at 1 pm EST (as well as the players from the Thursday night games) until waivers process.

Despite being in this league for 2 years, I guess I never noticed that we differ here.

Duh...what a stupid I am.
