I'm bad about sunscreen. I never use it, but I know I should. I'm out in the sun most of the summer and get burnt once or twice really good, then tan.

so after using SPF 15 on Friday and accidentally using my friends 1 year olds SPF 50 on Saturday i decided to go without on Sunday...stupid sunburn

I ended up squirming on the flight but it wasn't that bad.

However, I had my first experience with sweating pooling underneath dead skin. I came back from a long run (it was hot) and when I took off my shirt I saw that my chest was covered with "blisters". I eventually figured out that it was sweat...pretty gross.

It's pretty much healed now though. ;-D :-b
