yes i know we have the Grillin thread, but that's just for grillen, so i figured we could have a thread where we discuss what we are having for lunch each day
today i am just having a bowl of Campbells Select Clam Chowder and an apple (i am taking a 1/2 day and working through lunch before heading Up North for a nice weekend bender...i mean vacation)

Location: being a fan of the worst franchise in the NFL
I had spaghetti last night too, crazy world. but i bet yours wasn't whole wheat noodles, ground turkey burger, low fat sauce, etc etc... I hate diets... but how else can i get my girlish figure...
I don't eat "lunch" I eat 6-8 meals a day. I'm guessing I'll have a grilled cheese sandwich (45 cal whole wheat, fat free cheese, 0 cal butter spray)... my meal after that will be a protein shake.

we use whole wheat noodles too, i dont really even mind them anymore. we usually dont eat meat with our pasta either (once in awhile italian sausage) but generally just noodles, sauce and some added onions, peppers and/or a can of those diced tomatos
