We can make the 3rd WR a flex position (WR/RB), but we are stuck with the 3 bench spots...it is something we wanted to do as a league to force managers into making tough decisions rather than just "stroring" a lot of extra players on their bench. This also makes the waiver wire and waiver priority more important. I hope you and your friend still join with this in mind and try it out.
