I have a friend who does the same and I've done the same as you already with similar results - not much more ya can do without putting your friendship in peril, so just keep hitting delete!


Or, ya could write up a nice obituary for yourself and forward it to her!

I have a friend who just fowards everything and anything. I never said anything to her, but I started deleting every foward she sends me. Little different than your situation knapp...just because my friend doesn't foward those type of emails. But deleting them is really the best & easiest way to handle this IMO.

Just let her keep sending them and you keep deleting them. I have a few people, aunts and uncles mainly, that forward these things on too. It's not too difficult, occasionally annoying, to just delete them when you see they're forwarded BS. If you think about it, it might be their weird way of keeping in touch. It's a way of contacting you and just letting you know they're thinking of you. I'd look at it more of just an email from your mom who happened to think of you than another one of those annoying forwards that she just sent to you because you're in her address book.
