If you're ever rolling down I-5 on a Tuesday this summer, let me invite you to a real treat. Music on the Half Shell is a free summer concert series next to the South Umpqua river here in our little town of Roseburg, Oregon. About 5000 people showed for Phoebe Snow this week. She sang Poetry Man and did a really nice job for a couple hours. Of course, this venue doesn't get the biggest names, but we've had Lyle Lovett, The Wailers, Pink Martini, etc.
