I live in Dallas and this is typical John Wiley Price. It's amazing someone so educated is so ignorant. Clearly the term "black hole" was not racially motivated in the context in which is was used, yet JWP found someway to make it a racial issue. He's constantly doing this crap and yet keeps getting voted to the City Council.....sad.

Ernie Chambers is/was Nebraska's version of this guy. He kept getting voted into the Unicameral for decades. He's the single biggest reason we voted in term limits last year - we had finally had enough.
Educated does not equal intelligent. Plenty of dumb people have college degrees.
