Anyone who has ever talked or chatted football with me will realized I am a MAJOR homer in conversation(not in ff though) and despite that fact, I'd never rank Westbrook over LT2. I do believe Westbrook is in for a monster season this year, but I also think LT2 returns to LT2 form(a Happy medium between last year and the year before) I like your list other than the fact I'd swap Westbrook and Tomlinson

Bush is too high. He had a grand opportunity last year when Deuce cleared the stage. He averaged 3.7 ypc, scored 4 times and averaged 12 fantasy points per game. Aaron Stecker and Pierre Thomas averaged nearly 21 per game when they respectively had the feature role the last 4 games (10, 25, 20, 28).

We know Bush can't run between the tackles so he's not going to be asked to do that again. 2 years now he's had 150+ carries and averaged 3.6 and 3.7 ypc. I'd expect him to have about 550 yards rushing, catch 80 balls for about 650-700 yards and score 6 or 7 times. He's like a poor man's MJD. Some great games and some piss poor games with less upside.

Lynch above Gore and Barber? No Way.
Westy above Tomlinson and Peterson? Don't think so.
You did a lot of nice prep. and a lot of effort into your work but i believe your rankings are a little misguided.
