Fantasy Draft Excel Sheet?

I'm just curious if there is something out there that can make my draft rankings sheets look somewhat professional. I'm going to do my rankings and last year I did an excel sheet and it turned out ok, I'm looking for something a little better. Is there something out there like this?

Do you just want a nice layout or are you looking for a pre-made package that you can plug your numbers into and it kicks out your sheet?

You could try this forum (you may need to log in again after clicking on the link) at the Cafe Home. There are some out-and-out Excel gurus there, believe me.

If you're just looking to make it look better, though, Excel Tip has plenty of info, and of course the home page for Excel at Microsoft.com is an excellent resource, although it's like reading medical journals.

What you're asking is actually kind of difficult, since it's hard to say what exactly you're looking for. What I think is a "cool" or "useful" color scheme is probably not going to work for you because tastes differ so much. Probably you're just going to need to experiment with it and find something you like, or at least, something you can live with.

I just build mine every year. Its nothng fancy by any means but I manage to get all of the players ranked on one page and still have room for my roster down the right hand side and use coloring to denote teiring. That way I do not have to flip from page to page. I already have my sheet made and now I just move cells up ad down as I re-rank players and tweak my board . You can have it if you want. Just send me your email. It may or may not be what you are after.

Maybe something like a excel template. Also, what are some ideas for colums. I was thinking rank, player, team, and bye. Any other ideas?

You could try the FootballGuys Free VBD Excel Sheet. It is for Value Based Drafting, but it shows the rankings by position and you can edit the projections that are given to fit what you want.

I'm going to use this this year. You can set your league scoring, plug in your own projections, and BOOM! Cheatsheet. And if you're not into VBD, you can just ignore that column on the cheatsheet.

I've used this for about 4 years to plug different projections into. One of these days I've gotta give them some cash.

That Free VBD Sheet doesn't work for me It looks awesome though.
