Looking for a League

I'm very experienced and very active when it comes to Fantasy Football. I'm looking for a league around the $25 range. I don't really want to do auction style. But I am willing to do Keeper, Dynasty, Redraft. Let me know what you have available.

I am starting a 12 Franchise keeper league on MFL. Franchise Fee will be $25, with all money being paid out in cash prizes. I will cover the site cost for 2008 ( I want this league to get up and running).
Payout will be:
1st-$135
2nd-$75
3rd-$25
NFL Pool Winner-$20
Survivor Pool Winner-$20
Division Winner-$25

Roster: 17 man roster-10 starters-1QB,2 RB,3 WR,1TE,1 K,1 DEF,1 Head Coach(league will vote on this)
Slow draft starts Aug.10 with 12hrs to make selections.(League Vote to change to auction draft the first year)
