Trying new stuff...seems a little busy maybe. Whatcha guys think?

Definitely a little bit busy. Really great idea on the text and the placement of it as far as the smaller devin on top of the HESTER. That's a relaly great text trick getting the placement right. The washed out Chicgo combined with the bg makes it pretty busy though like you said. Also I am not a huge fan of the coloring in the sig either. Not sure why, but I guess blue just doesn't seem right for some reason.

I put the 'Chicago' in there at the end because it just seemed like an open void...I'll pull it out and see what it looks like.

Yeah, it'll probably need something there, but the extra text seems a bit too much.

I needed something extra and ended up adding way too much text to fill in the space.

Better? I think so, it does seem a little bare but not as much as I thought it would.

I was also able to up the size a little.

I like it better without the Chicago in there. Not bad at all. The text kind of looks like the BG which is pretty cool, although it stands out a little too much. Also, there isn't much lighting in the sig. It will come with time though. I can see that your improving with every sig.
