Inaugural Dynasty League Needs a Replacement Owner

Fourth & Inches Dynasty. We're in the middle of round 20 (25 round draft) and we had an owner back out. The team that needs taken over is Leber's. Would prefer someone with a cafe history/higher post count but it's not a necessity. The only necessity is that the new owner is experienced. It's been a very smart draft so far and will be a very competitive draft.

I would be interested in that open team. What is the cost or has the past owner given that up for leaving the league??
Also I see a trade was made with players from this team concerning Brown and Maroney and a few others.
If this is a trade and read it correctly, how can a trade be made with a missing owner??
