The best draft advice is to wait and evaluate. Draft position is very important.
While a RB is typical in the first round, if your drafting position is low you may want to consider picking up Brady instead knowing a decent mid level RB will still be available on your next pick. If Brady is gone maybe you grab Moss(WR). I drafted 15 of 16 last year and went for an RB in Brandon Jacobs, it did not work out all that great and Brady was available when I picked him.

In my big time league which is 16-team, PPR league, I took Moss/Owens in 1 and 2.
I ended up starting Jerious Norwood at RB but I mopped up the league.
So sometimes going against the grain is beneficial.
