I've noticed that over the past few picks both Kerry Collins and Sim have taken what amounts to a sixth bench player (Kerry needs a K and 2 IDPs and Sim needs a TE, K, and IDP but both only have 2 picks remaining). Just curious if we're all cool with that as long as rosters are legal by week 1. For the record it doesn't bother me at all.
If someone wants to leave a spot empty and score 0 points, only to have an extra player on their bench, I really don't care if they roll like that in the regular season. I wouldn't call not maximizing your roster an advantage.
Yeah, what Bob said.

And I'm probably getting LOTS of zeros in week 4. Normally I try to balance bye weeks but so many of my good players are on a bye in week 4 I just said screw it...I'll run with what I've got that week.

I was kind of surprised to see the dime a dozen linebackers going when the top tier DB's were still out there. Yeah, LB's are more valuable but IMO the top tier DB's are going to outscore the LB's that have been drafted lately and they have a lot more upside. I was trying to decide between Wilson and Polamalu but Polamalu still is dealing with injuries.

My problem with DBs (and DLs) is they're very streaky. I like my IDPs to be steadier. I definitely like the safeties who rack up the tackles, but have shied away from CBs in the past. I don't know, to each their own.

Sorry we're not as smart as you
