Lions give newly-acquired Bodden four-year extension

The Detroit Lions reached agreement with newly-acquired cornerback Leigh Bodden on a four-year, $27 million contract extension, NFL Network's Adam Schefter reports.
Bodden has two years left on his contract at base salaries of $1.7 and $1.8 million. He will receive a $2 million signing bonus this year and an option bonus of $8.6 million in March.
